This policy explains how Atelier Noro S.E.N.C. collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with ateliernoro.com, in accordance with applicable laws in Quebec, including the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, contact information (email address and phone number), brand or business, and the content of your messages when you contact us or request a meeting.
- Information generated when you visit the Site: standard technical data, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, as recorded in the hosting provider’s logs.
- Cookies, as described in the following section.
We do not collect sensitive personal information, and the Site is not intended for minors.
3. Cookies
The Site uses cookies that are necessary for its operation, including a cookie that remembers your display language. We do not use advertising cookies, and the Site does not use any audience analytics tools. You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies.
4. Purposes
We use this information to respond to your messages and arrange the requested meeting; prepare for and maintain any business relationship that may result; ensure the security and proper operation of the Site; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not subscribe you to any communications without your consent.
5. Disclosure to third parties and outside Quebec
Your personal information is accessible only to people within the house who need it, as well as to our technical service providers for the purposes described above: our Site hosting provider (ChemiCloud) and our email and calendar services (Google Workspace). Some of these providers store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. These disclosures are subject to an assessment and to safeguards designed to ensure adequate protection. We may also disclose personal information where required by law.
6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above — including for the duration of our exchanges and, where an engagement results, for the duration of the relationship and any applicable legal retention periods — after which we securely destroy or anonymize it.
7. Security
We apply reasonable and proportionate safeguards, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), restricted and protected access, and established service providers. No system is infallible. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will take the measures and provide the notifications required by law.
8. Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or withdraw your consent where consent is the basis for its use.
