Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Atelier Noro S.E.N.C. collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with ateliernoro.com, in accordance with applicable laws in Quebec, including the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

1. Privacy Officer

Koukla Azeuli is responsible for the protection of personal information. For any question or request concerning your personal information, contact bonjour@ateliernoro.comwith the subject line “Personal Information.”

2. Information we collect

  • What you are sending us: name, contact details (email, telephone), brand or company, and the content of your messages when you write to us, request a meeting or send us a Diapason statement.
  • What you leave us to be informed: Your email address, if you request to receive a message for each new entry in the Notebook, as well as the date and the consent phrase you accepted.
  • What browsing the Site generates: standard technical data (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, timestamp) in the hosting provider's logs and, if you consent, the audience measurement data described in the following section.
  • Cookies, as described in the following section.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and the Site is not intended for minors.

3. Cookies

The Site uses cookies necessary for its operation: one remembers your display language, the other your cookie preferences. With your consent only, it uses Google Analytics to measure its audience: pages viewed, visit duration, origin, and device type. These measurement cookies remain inactive until you accept them; you can change your choice at any time via the cookie management link. No advertising cookies are used. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies.

4. Purposes

We use this information to: respond to your messages and arrange the requested meeting; notify you when a new entry appears in Le Carnet, if you have requested it; prepare for and maintain any resulting business relationship; understand, in a general way and with your consent, how the Site is used in order to improve it; ensure the security and proper functioning of the Site; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we will not subscribe you to any mailings without your consent.

5. Disclosure to third parties and outside Quebec

Your information is accessible only to those within the organization who need it, as well as to our technical service providers for the purposes described above: the website host (ChemiCloud), our email and calendar services (Google Workspace), our newsletter service (MailerLite), and, with your consent, our audience measurement tool (Google Analytics). Some of these providers store data outside of Quebec, particularly in the United States and Europe; these communications are subject to assessment and commitments to ensure adequate protection. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, then securely destroy or anonymize it. Meeting requests and statements received through the Site are deleted after six months. Your email address registered with the Notebook is retained until you unsubscribe. If a mandate exists, information related to the relationship is retained for its duration and the applicable legal retention periods.

7. Security

We apply reasonable and proportionate safeguards, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), restricted and protected access, and established service providers. No system is infallible. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will take the measures and provide the notifications required by law.

8. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or withdraw your consent where consent is the basis for its use. Write to us at bonjour@ateliernoro.com ; we will respond within the time limits stipulated by law.
