La Façon
One house, one door.
Every brand enters through the same door; the scope of the work is set by what L’Ouvrage reveals.

The principle
Read the whole before shaping the pieces.
There is one door, and what we find behind it.
What the house takes on is decided only after L’Ouvrage, based on what it reveals.
The five moments
- 01Cadrage
We define the question and read the terrain: organization, offering, audiences, market, competition, experience, and ambitions.
- 02Armature
We make the choices that give the brand its structure: positioning, promise, personality, messaging, and creative direction.
- 03Conception
The framework becomes a system. We design the identity, journeys, and pieces that will carry the brand.
- 04L’Œuvre
We finalize, develop, and bring the whole fully into being. The brand is ready to change hands.
- 05L’Ancrage
For sixty days, we provide support during the onboarding process and make any necessary adjustments within the agreed scope. This support is included.
The path
01
La Rencontre
Thirty minutes to understand what brings you here, what has changed, and what no longer holds. We also make sure our ways of working align.
02
L'Ouvrage Fondateur
The strategic phase, from Cadrage to Armature. We observe, analyze, and decide. The decisions are gathered into a reference document that gives the brand its direction and makes it possible to decide what comes next.
L'Ouvrage Fondateur is always carried out in its entirety: we do not omit the analysis that ensures decisions are sound.
03
What comes next
Decided by L’Ouvrage.
La Mise en Œuvre — the brand shaped end to end, from essence to lived experience.
La Trame — ongoing brand governance, month by month.
Or nothing — if everything holds.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do we already need to know what our brand needs?
- No. La Rencontre is there to understand your situation. L’Ouvrage Fondateur then determines what needs to be clarified, kept, transformed, or created.
- Can you create only a logo or a website?
- We do not begin with an isolated piece. L’Ouvrage Fondateur first examines the framework that needs to support it. That is what allows us to design a logo, website, or any other tool that will hold true beyond its first use.
- Do we necessarily have to redo everything?
- No. We keep what still serves the brand. Coherence does not come from the amount of newness, but from making the right decisions.
- What happens after handover?
- L’Ancrage covers the initial sixty-day onboarding period. If the brand subsequently requires ongoing guidance, La Trame ensures continuity on a monthly basis.
