Privacy Officer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koukla Azeuli is responsible for the protection of personal information. For any question or request concerning your personal information, contact <a href=\"mailto:bonjour@ateliernoro.com\">bonjour@ateliernoro.com<\/a>with the subject line \u201cPersonal Information.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Information we collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information you provide: your name, contact information (email address and phone number), brand or business, and the content of your messages when you contact us or request a meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information generated when you visit the Site: standard technical data, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, as recorded in the hosting provider\u2019s logs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cookies, as described in the following section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not collect sensitive personal information, and the Site is not intended for minors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site uses cookies that are necessary for its operation, including a cookie that remembers your display language. Disclosure to third parties and outside Quebec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal information is accessible only to people within the house who need it, as well as to our technical service providers for the purposes described above: our Site hosting provider (ChemiCloud) and our email and calendar services (Google Workspace).\nSome of these providers store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. These disclosures are subject to an assessment and to safeguards designed to ensure adequate protection.\nWe may also disclose personal information where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Retention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above \u2014 including for the duration of our exchanges and, where an engagement results, for the duration of the relationship and any applicable legal retention periods \u2014 after which we securely destroy or anonymize it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We apply reasonable and proportionate safeguards, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), restricted and protected access, and established service providers.\nNo system is infallible.
